Each night, a different whimsical towel sculpture, courtesy of our friendly, efficient  cabin steward.

The Explorer of the Seas was a marvel!  Magnificent in both appearance and appointments, we were amazed by everything it had to offer.  This megaship cruised from the Port of Miami and carried us to Labadee, Haiti, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Bahamas.  What a fabulous itinerary!  Can you imagine a ship with a shopping street big enough for parades, an ice rink hosting an Ice Capades-like spectacular and a theatre with every special effect found in the best of Broadway.  We had so much fun, although the airline lost Diana's luggage and she had to make do with little more than a pair of shorts and a t-shirt for the first few days at sea.  Poor thing, but a good sport about it always.

The Explorer remains Craig's favorite vessel.
