HYPERION (Titan of the Sun)

I think Hyperion is the most interesting Titan because he was one of the original twelve titans, the oldest Titan, and was the original sun god. Hyperion is my favorite titan because we were are both the oldest child in the family.

Hyperion was the titan of the sun, and his name means " he who goes before the sun."  He is sometimes called the "Titan of Light" and the father of the sun, moon, and dawn. Hyperion married his sister, Theia, and they had three children, Helios  (sun), Eos (dawn), and Selene (moon).  Hyperion's children were said to bring light to the world.
